Taking Stock- on P' s birthday
Checked/ Done and Dusted:
1) Names of most of her expected well wishers have been ticked against checklist.
2) Receipt of a Longines timepiece embellished with diamond dials and a great gourmet dinner enough to pay for one month's worth of mortgage received and digested respectively.
3) Cake and champagne beckons any minute at the office.
4) Invitation to go out for more drinks after work noted.
