it's march and my horooscope says that it is the best time to break habits. There is one bad habit that has stuck with me for the past three years. I would like to be rid of it, except I don't know how. What if I tell you it's more mental than anything else? How do I break away from that ghost of a memory? I feel my heart stir once more on one of these 8am bus rides to work. this all too familiar tug-at-my-heart blues from the past is slowly creeping up on me once more...

Hi, I happened upon a blog called. It's a Social Gaffe and that led to you. I love the tone of both blogs. What became of your friend?
I'll bookmark your place and come back and try to get to know you. Age 32 is nothing. You are still unlimited if limits are not self-imposed. I'm now 62, health is crap (polio as a child come back to haunt me)so keep your head up and let go of that which should be remembered but also forgotten. Free Falling as Tom Petty says. Sand paintings as the Buddhists say. My name is Cletis and I'll read more of your thoughts now.

Hi Cletis,

Thanks for dropping by.

Which friend?

Yes, I am neither young nor old-maybe my problem is I am never ready to grow up. It's scary to see people around you do and not be able to quite relate to it- responsibilities, family planning, bills and the things associated with growing up...

I hope you are feeling better. Have you considered reiki or Body Talk? Maybe might help with the polio... tell me your symptons and I will look it up to see if there might be any other natural remedies that might help...:)Health is so important and I have been thankful that I am still alive- that's all one could count on in times of challenges...

Take care and talk soon.

Symptoms are essentially muscle weakness in general. Didn't mean to sound self-absorbed. Your friend from the blog I referenced. No posts for a long time. Like you, I found her interesting. Drop by and read at my place for awhile. Creative Sundays are probably your best bet. There have been 13 now I believe. The other is largely political/social commentary.

HI Cletis,

No, you are not self absorbed at all. Ok, let me find out about muscle weakness and see if I can think of any natural remedies.

Yes, I went to your website... will definitely look into Creative Sundays.

As for my friend, Danya, I first met her on the blogsphere too. She seems to be leading a comfy, jetsetting wife's lifestyle so I presume she must be doing good...:)
